Our Board of Directors in the US

Our Board of Directors’ primary function is to serve Fundación DAR. Certain legal restrictions in Mexico make it nearly impossible for funds donated in the U.S. to reach our shelter in Mexico without having a U.S.-based agency involved. As a registered non-profit with tax-exempt status, we can now accept donations from U.S. supporters and forward them on to the team at the shelter in Mexico.

We also work to bring attention to the plight of animals in Mexico, educate the public about how they can help, and share some of the many success stories of dogs now living in permanent, loving homes. Our Board is composed entirely of dedicated volunteers. Together we can do more!
