Bingo was found on the street with a chain around his neck.
Not a leash. A chain. The fear in his eyes told the rest of the story without words. We believe he had been kept tied up. We believe he had been mistreated. He was thin, frightened, and flinching at the people who came to help him.

That's not who Bingo is anymore. He is a beautiful dog — black and light markings that remind you instantly of a German Shepherd, but Bingo is much smaller, with shorter hair and a compact, athletic build. He is high energy, playful, and loves both people and other dogs. The fear that defined his early days has given way to warmth and a tail that doesn't seem to know how to stop wagging. Whatever was done to him, it didn't take. His spirit survived it.

Bingo is not a dog who should spend his life in a shelter. He has too much love and too much life in him for that.

He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to travel to the USA or Canada for adoption.
