Katy was abandoned outside the shelter, left tied to a tree overnight. The next morning, she was found waiting. Despite that painful beginning, she is a healthy, kind, and truly happy girl.

She has been living in the shelter since January 2022 — far too long, almost her whole life. Now 6 years old, Katy urgently needs a home where she can finally belong. She is playful with medium energy, loves walks and little adventures, and enjoys being petted and brushed.

Katy would do best as the only dog, so she can receive all the love she deserves. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, up to date on all shots, and has no known health issues. Katy is ready to travel to the USA or Canada for adoption.
